My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were huge with comfortable big beds and many facilities, they were not as clean as expected for a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, right in the very center of Andorra La Vella, a great spot with plenty of shops around, although parking was a necessity. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with flies in the breakfast room and only one staff member in untidy clothes. The service was just so-so with generally unfriendly managers who even redirected us to a different car park. Despite the downsides, the hotel was larger than normal for such a type of room.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with a big, comfortable bed, but it got too hot for snowy days, and controlling the room temperature was a challenge. On the bright side, the room was incredibly quiet and dark, perfect for a good night's sleep.
