Hotel Best Andorra Center, Andorra la Vella

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and a great central location. However, the dining choices could be improved, and extra charges for parking seem a bit opportunistic.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were huge with comfortable big beds and many facilities, they were not as clean as expected for a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, right in the very center of Andorra La Vella, a great spot with plenty of shops around, although parking was a necessity. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with flies in the breakfast room and only one staff member in untidy clothes. The service was just so-so with generally unfriendly managers who even redirected us to a different car park. Despite the downsides, the hotel was larger than normal for such a type of room.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with a big, comfortable bed, but it got too hot for snowy days, and controlling the room temperature was a challenge. On the bright side, the room was incredibly quiet and dark, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The hotel rooms are larger than expected but very basic, not like the pictures, and have old furnishings with hard mattresses, which was a bit annoying. The service, although helpful with advice and directions, was forgetful at times. The location is fantastic and central, ideal for sightseeing and travel connections, but could use a renovation. The dining options are varied but lacked some desired items. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects to consider.
